BlockBeats News, January 8th, Binance announced the launch of TradFi Perpetual Contracts, offering perpetual futures trading for traditional assets, supporting a 24/7 market.

TradFi Perpetual Contracts are contracts settled in USDT, tracking the price of underlying traditional financial (TradFi) assets, allowing users to trade their price movements without holding the assets directly. The margin and settlement of TradFi Perpetual Contracts are the same as existing cryptocurrency perpetual contracts. The first contract XAUUSDT (Gold) was launched on January 5, 2026, open to all eligible markets, and XAGUSDT (Silver) went live on January 7, 2026. Binance will continue to expand the variety of TradFi Perpetual Contracts. These contracts are settled in USDT only.
