Bloomberg: Discord Has Secretly Filed for IPO

BlockBeats News, January 7th, according to Bloomberg citing sources familiar with the matter, Discord Inc. has secretly filed for an initial public offering and is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. to advance the listing, according to a statement from December that said the platform has more than 200 million monthly active users.

Sources said discussions are still ongoing, and the company may ultimately decide not to proceed with the IPO plan.
