Lighthouse Studios is a podcast and video production studio targeting entrepreneurs, content creators, and thought leaders. Genius Group plans to relaunch the studio under the new name Genius Studios on January 23, 2026.

Its custom facilities include various recording studios, coworking spaces, a cafe, and meeting rooms. Genius Group completed this transaction through an asset purchase agreement, with the acquisition amount undisclosed and not meeting the company's material disclosure threshold. The seller is Monty Hooke, the founder of Lighthouse Studios.
