Kled Founder Accuses Believe Founder of Continued KLED Token Dumping

BlockBeats News, December 17th, Founder of Solana-based AI project Kled, Avi Patel, accused Believe founder Ben Pasternak of continuously dumping the KLED token in the market. Patel stated: "Over the past 7 days, Pasternak has been consistently selling off millions of KLED tokens using a DCA strategy. Initially, based on the vesting agreement, Pasternak held over 6% of the KLED token supply, and this portion of tokens had been accumulating continuously since our exit from Believe in July. He explicitly promised afterwards that he would never sell KLED on the open market and would opt for OTC trades or token burning for liquidity."

Patel noted that on the day of the project's mobile app release on September 25th, significant token sales from Pasternak's public wallet address occurred. He explained that he had transferred the tokens OTC to an undisclosed third party, who then dumped over 1% of the total supply on the market. The Kled project team was subsequently forced to undertake OTC transactions at a valuation of around $27 million to take over a portion of his holdings, reducing his share to about 3.5%. About a week ago, Pasternak once again started selling tokens in the market, leading the Kled project team to organize another OTC buyback, lowering his holdings to approximately 1.7%. It is reported that Pasternak currently holds around 2 to 3 million tokens and continues to sell them off.
