BlockBeats News, November 30, according to CoinDesk, Ethereum developers are preparing to launch the network's second upgrade of the year 2025 on the Ethereum mainnet on December 3 (Wednesday). This upgrade, named Fusaka (a combination of the names Fulu and Osaka), will upgrade both Ethereum's consensus layer and execution layer simultaneously.
The goal of this upgrade is to increase Ethereum's ability to process high-throughput transactions from various Layer 2 networks, with these layer 2 networks built on top of Ethereum. Fusaka includes a total of 12 code changes, known as Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs), aimed at making the Layer 2 user experience faster and more cost-effective.
