VanEck CEO: Will Exit Investment if Bitcoin's Core Logic Breaks, Market Demand for Privacy Increasing

BlockBeats News, November 22nd, Jan Van Eck, CEO of investment management company VanEck, stated in an interview with CNBC, "If we believe that the fundamental logic of Bitcoin has been broken, we will exit our Bitcoin investment. The Bitcoin community is currently focused on two core issues: encryption security and privacy, especially in the face of the potential threat of quantum computing."

At the same time, some long-time Bitcoin players are looking at tokens such as Zcash (ZEC) that provide higher privacy protection. Four years ago, Bitcoin was often accused of being used for illegal activities, but now transactions can be traced on-chain, and the market's demand for privacy is growing."
