Bitcoin rose more than 2.5% after the news of Trump's attack was announced

BlockBeats reported that on July 14, after the news of Trump's attack was announced this morning, Bitcoin rose by 2.67% within an hour, reaching $59,850 before falling back and now priced at $59,494.

Earlier on June 25, people familiar with the matter revealed that former US President Trump was discussing giving a speech at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville at the end of July.

Trump met with representatives of US Bitcoin mining companies in mid-June this year, promising to support the crypto mining business and saying, "I like what crypto mining companies are building."

"Bitcoin mining may be our last line of defense against central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). We hope that all remaining Bitcoins are made in the United States (MADE IN THE USA). This will help us achieve energy dominance."
