Riot Platforms acquires approximately $3.87 million worth of Bitfarms shares, increasing its stake to 14%

BlockBeats reported that on June 14, Bitcoin mining company Riot Platform said it had acquired another 1,432,063 shares of Bitfarms at a price of approximately $2.7 per share, equivalent to approximately $3.87 million.

Riot currently holds 57.62 million shares of Bitfarms, accounting for approximately 14%.
