BitMEX co-founder Benjamin Delo faces class-action lawsuit for alleged price manipulation

According to BlockBeats, on April 10, Cointelegraph reported that Benjamin Delo, co-founder of the cryptocurrency trading platform BitMEX, will face a class action lawsuit after a US federal judge determined that he was a key figure in the alleged price manipulation conspiracy. Benjamin Delo, a British citizen, requested the dismissal of the lawsuit in May last year, claiming that the US court had no jurisdiction over him, but New York District Court Judge Andrew Carter rejected the request in an order signed on April 3 and announced the decision on April 8. Judge Andrew Carter pointed out that Benjamin Delo "played a key role in the alleged manipulation" and "conceived and designed" a liquidation system that enabled BitMEX to "profit from manipulation."
