Ripple may be preparing to apply for an XRP-related ETF.

According to a BlockBeats report on January 27th, Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terret stated on social media that Ripple is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in New York, with a job requirement related to "promoting cryptocurrency-related ETF plans," or implying that the company is preparing to apply for an XRP ETF. Terret stated that the prerequisite for a spot XRP ETF is the need for a futures ETF, and part of the reason why the Bitcoin spot ETF was approved was because the US SEC concluded that the CME Bitcoin futures market is sufficient to monitor fraud and manipulation. If a futures XRP ETF can be launched, it will be an important step towards the correct direction of a spot XRP ETF.
