The total cost of the program is 45,815,000 ARB. The proposal aims to establish a long-term incentive pilot program for DAOs to test new incentive designs and answer questions to ensure that Arbitrum is ready to commit to a long-term plan. The program will distribute ARB to protocols over a period of 12 weeks.
