So far, Grayscale, Ark Investments, Valkyrie, and VanEck are the latest companies to submit Form 8-A, marking progress towards potential approval of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds. The issuer's Form 8-A allows the issuer to register for trading on the trading platform and marks progress towards potential approval of spot Bitcoin ETF.
