The 4th group of the Ethereum Foundation's "Next Billion Fellowship" is now open for applications.

BlockBeats news, on November 28th, the Ethereum Foundation announced that applications for the fourth cohort of the "Next Billion Fellowship" are now open and will end on January 15th, 2024. The fellowship aims to find applicants who can share their personal experiences and future projects, and require researchers to express their project vision in public and openly share their articles or code with the community. Previous projects included research, building proof-of-concepts, and "extended collaboration" plans outside of Web3.
