Transfer of 1065 ETH from the Ethereum Foundation Grant Provider address to a multi-signature address, intended for ecosystem funding.

According to BlockBeats news on November 17th, as monitored by on-chain data analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the Ethereum Foundation Grant Provider address transferred 1,065 ETH worth $2.1 million to a multi-signature address about an hour ago. This is highly likely to be used for ecological funding (perhaps related to the upcoming 19th round of grants by Gitcoin).
