Binance will suspend Ruble deposits on November 15th, with withdrawals continuing until January 31st of next year.

According to an official announcement from BlockBeats on November 10th, Binance has decided to exit the Russian market and sell its local business to CommEX. Binance will stop accepting Russian ruble (RUB) deposits at 8:00 AM on November 15th, 2023 Beijing time. Withdrawals of RUB will continue until 8:00 AM on January 31st, 2024 Beijing time. Users holding legal balances of RUB can transfer their funds to the CommEX platform for free by registering or logging in to a CommEX account and linking it to their corresponding Binance account. Once the connection is established, users can transfer their RUB from Binance to CommEX. In addition, users can withdraw their RUB through Binance's fiat currency partners before the aforementioned deadline, convert their RUB to cryptocurrency on Binance Convert, or exchange their RUB for cryptocurrency on Binance's spot market. As previously reported by BlockBeats, on September 27th, Binance announced that it had reached an agreement to sell all of its Russian business to CommEX. The delisting process will take up to one year to ensure a smooth transition for existing Russian users, and all assets of existing Russian users are protected safely and reliably.
