OPNX has dropped the defamation lawsuit against The Block founder Mike Dudas.

According to a report from CoinDesk citing court documents, OPNX "voluntarily terminated" its defamation lawsuit against Mike Dudas, the founder of The Block, on October 27. Previously, on June 23, according to Kyle Davies, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital and New York court records, OPNX, a bankrupt claims trading platform supported by two co-founders of Three Arrows Capital, had filed a defamation lawsuit against venture capitalist Mike Dudas.
