Celestia has announced that it has become the first modular data availability network to integrate with Arbitrum Orbit.
BlockBeats News, October 26th - According to official sources, the Arbitrum Foundation and the Celestia Foundation announced that Celestia will become the first modular data availability (DA) network integrated into the Arbitrum Orbit and the entire Nitro stack.
This integration provides developers with the option to publish data to Arbitrum One, Arbitrum Nova, and Celestia. The integration of Celestia is the first external contribution to the Arbitrum Orbit protocol layer, providing developers with additional choices for data availability layers beyond Arbitrum AnyTrust. Ethereum and Arbitrum developers can enter Celestia through Blobstream. Celestia is currently in the final stage of the mainnet testing release sequence.
