Opera has launched MiniPay, a Web3 payment wallet based on the Celo network.

BlockBeats news, on September 13th, according to official sources, Web3 browser developer Opera launched MiniPay, a Web3 payment wallet based on the Celo network. The wallet is built into Opera's Android browser, Opera Mini. MiniPay aims to attract millions of mobile users in Africa to use Web3 technology, starting in Nigeria and expanding to the Kenyan, Ghanaian, and South African markets in the coming months.
