Bloomberg: Binance.US CEO Brian Shroder has resigned.

According to BlockBeats news on September 13, Bloomberg reported that a spokesperson for Binance.US stated that the company's CEO, Brian Shroder, has resigned and will be temporarily replaced by Chief Legal Officer Norman Reed. In addition, Binance.US will lay off about one-third of its staff, or more than 100 employees.
