ssv.network has announced the launch of its new testnet Jato-v2, which is now officially open to the public.
BlockBeats news, on September 5th, Ethereum staking infrastructure ssv.network announced the launch of a new testnet, Jato-v2, and officially opened it to the public. This testnet is the same version as the one currently running on the mainnet and offers a test environment similar to the mainnet.
Starting from September 4th, Jato-v2 will not require permission, meaning anyone can test the ssv.network protocol. While testing personnel become familiar with the new version of the protocol, there will be a two-week migration period during which all Jato-v1 users will need to switch to v2. Jato-v1 will be shut down on September 18th.
