After the SEC charged HEX with being an unregistered security, Uniswap removed the HEX token from its interface.

BlockBeats reported on August 2nd that Uniswap removed the HEX token from its interface after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States referred to it as an unregistered security earlier this week. The HEX token is now listed as "unsupported" on the Uniswap interface, accompanied by a general statement indicating that the protocol prevents tokens that "violate trademarks, have been proven to be scams, or are based on other legal considerations." Although Uniswap has removed the token from its interface, this does not mean that they cannot be traded through decentralized protocols, as delisting only occurs at the frontend level. Earlier this week, the SEC claimed in its lawsuit against Richard Schueler (known online as Richard Heart) and his projects Hex (HEX), PulseChain (PLS), and PulseX (PLSX) that HEX is an unregistered security, accusing him of raising over $1 billion through three different unregistered securities issuances since 2019.
