Founder of Not Larva Labs: Azuki founder has criminal information and is willing to testify in court.
BlockBeats reported on July 3 that Jeremy Cahen, the founder of NFT marketplace Not Larva Labs, posted on social media that he is willing to help the Azuki community take legal action against Azuki founder Zagabond. PAULY stated that he and his colleagues spent over a year tracking Zagabond in order to recover $3 million worth of funds that he fraudulently obtained from their community. He also claimed that Zagabond and his team fraudulently extracted over $100 million worth of funds from their community. PAULY stated that he has complete personal information on many team members involved in these frauds and is willing to testify in court. On July 2, AzukiDAO planned to sue Zagabond and recover 20,000 ETH as a refund. AzukiDAO and 20000E DAO were established by some former Azuki community core developers and Azuki holders, and are not affiliated with the Azuki project team. On May 10, 2022, Zagabond, the founder of the Azuki team, admitted that the Azuki team had operated three projects, CryptoPhunks, Tendies, and CryptoZunks, in the past year. Although the project operations were not satisfactory, Zagabond stated that the Azuki team gained a lot of experience from them.
