Prometheum Ember Capital has become the first broker-dealer in the United States to have custody of digital asset securities.
According to BlockBeats news on May 23, as reported by CoinDesk, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a regulatory agency created by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), announced that it has approved Prometheum Ember Capital as the first broker-dealer with digital asset securities custody rights.
It is reported that the cryptocurrency company Prometheum Ember Capital was established to comply with SEC regulations, assuming that almost all tokens are securities under current U.S. law.
