Wallet Guard has launched the browser plugin Stormwatcher, which can detect the risk of malicious websites.
BlockBeats reported on May 4 that Web3 security firm Wallet Guard has launched a browser extension called Stormwatcher. The extension uses machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques to identify malicious wallet consumers by analyzing website content, structure, and behavior patterns. Users can detect whether a corresponding website will consume wallet funds without connecting to a wallet or simulating a transaction, in order to prevent fraud. Previously, on April 17, Wallet Guard completed a pre-seed financing round led by Ethereal Ventures, with participation from ConsenSys and IOSG Ventures, as well as Web3 angel investors such as Ben Chan from Chainlink and Dave Pazdan from Phantom.
