Analysis: Aptos TPS is currently lower than Bitcoin, with over 80% of APT supply controlled by teams and investors
According to BlockBeats, on Oct 18, Paradigm engineer (@ParadigmEng420) posted that the Aptos main network was launched, but Aptos TPS is currently lower than Bitcoin, Aptos has promised 100,000 TPS in its final version. But the current TPS is about 4 transactions per second, and most of these transactions are not actual transactions, they are just verifiers communicating and setting block checkpoints and writing metadata to the blockchain.
It is hard to see how a user can now use Aptos, personally unable to find any RPCS, nor any validators to send transactions. The total supply of Aptos is 1,000,739,234.25, but it is currently mortgaged 8211,111,362.91. This means that more than 80% of APT Token supply is controlled by teams and investors, and the remaining 200 million liquidity tokens may be sitting on their hands for selling.
