According to BlockBeats, on October 14, Chess, the founder of Quest3, shared his views and thoughts on Devcon Bogota on the official Twitter Space of BlockBeats: "Anyone attending this conference will feel like they are All in Latin America, and the environment here is very conducive to Crypto and Web3 development. But most developers are focusing on the bottom, while the general public is waiting for concrete products. As a project, I think that the founders should consider how to realize development in the application layer, integrated into the local is very important. Another important question, I think the current at a few dollars' worth of Gas costs remain high for local users, users do not make money, reduce the Gas is very important to poor areas, can't let their friction loss is too big."
