According to btc.com, bitcoin's total net computing power will rise by 8% in 13 hours from the current 13.8t to nearly 15T.
The difficulty of mining is the hash collision probability calculated by the calculation force of all miners. The mining difficulty of bitcoin is adjusted dynamically, and it will be adjusted once for every 2,016 blocks. The adjustment is based on the block release time of the previous 2016 blocks. If the average block release time of the previous cycle is less than 10 minutes, the difficulty will increase, and otherwise, the difficulty will decrease, so as to ensure the block release time is stable at about 10 minutes. BlockBeats has learned that the 2016 blocks will take about 14 days.
Not long ago, bitcoin's total online computing power reached its highest level ever -- 117EH/S. BlockBeats believes this may be related to the recent surge in bitcoin prices in multiple markets. Previously, increases in the difficulty of digging were typically between 1 and 2 per cent, but this time they will be as much as 8 per cent.
