Shanghai shtetu blockchain research institute was inaugurated, with Conflux founder long fan as its President

The Shanghai shutu blockchain research institute and the Shanghai shutu blockchain research institute were inaugurated this afternoon, led by yao qizhi, a Turing award winner, academician of the Chinese academy of sciences and dean of the interdisciplinary information research institute of tsinghua university.

The Shanghai shtetu blockchain academy was launched by professor long fan, founder of Conflux, and others. The government departments will implement the mechanism of institutional funding and financial input, so that they have a larger right to use the funds. After the establishment of shutu blockchain research institute, yao qizhih and long fan will lead a multidisciplinary research team to carry out basic research on "shutu blockchain", and select such benchmark application scenarios as decentralized storage certificate, cross-border payment, government chain and audit to transform scientific and technological achievements.
