Telegram declined to disclose the ICO's financial data to the SEC

BlockBeats reported that cryptographic messaging platform Telegram would not submit financial details related to ICO to the us SEC, according to Finance Magnates. In a court filing on January 2, the us market regulator asked for a court order forcing the company to disclose bank records that would show how it had spent the funds raised over the past two years. Telegram declined to disclose bank records on how it used the $1.7bn it raised from investors over the past two years, or to answer questions about the disposal of investors' money.
