According to recent court documents, FTX is seeking court approval to propose compensating customers with an estimated value of 16,871 USD per BTC, 1,258 USD per ETH, and 16 USD per SOL. This move has drawn strong criticism from FTX creditors, who describe it as another form of theft and urge people to oppose the plan.

FTX debtor argues that this valuation reflects the "fair and reasonable" price of these cryptocurrencies. FTX creditors are advised to write to the judge in charge of the bankruptcy case if they wish to oppose the motion.
