The official Twitter and Medium accounts of Merlin Lab have been cancelled, and the Telegraph community has been banned.

Merlin Lab, the BSC revenue aggregator, announced on June 30 that it will shut down the project. The official Twitter account and blog have been deleted, Blockbeats reported.

Merlin Lab Statement:

"As you all know, there were technical vulnerabilities in our code. Although the team hired an external independent security auditor to review the code while it was being developed, both parties agreed that this was an oversight. Here's what happened next:

1. This official announcement will be made in every channel so that everyone knows what is happening.

2. The team will issue a notice on the official website to inform everyone to stop charging.

3. The site will be up and running until everyone has enough time to safely withdraw their funds."

On June 29, it was reported that PeckShield warned Merlin Lab to be hacked. The attack originated from a logical loophole in MerlinStrategyalPacabnb, in which the contract mistakenly transfers the WBNB of the beneficiary as the mining income. Make the contract issue more $MERL as a bonus.

At the time of writing, Merlin Lab's official Twitter and Medium accounts have been deactivated, and the Telegraph community has been banned. The Merlin Lab website advises against recharging, and the token price is $0.13.
