FEI Protocol enables community voting: at what price to refund, or to maintain the status quo?

FEI Labs has submitted a proposal for the decentralized stablecoin project FEI Protocol based on the community's views. According to the proposal, the government provides 3 options for TRIBE holders to vote. The specific contents are as follows:
