On March 17, the 1Inch team released a V3 update to its aggregation protocol, a tool that delivers trade orders between all decentralized trading platforms on Ethereum and the Binance Smart Chain.

Prior to the release of the new version, the 1Inch protocol tool was more friendly to professional and large-volume traders, helping them reduce slip-points and save on processing costs. But it is not attractive enough for retail investors.
With the release of V3, the team has optimized the code to significantly reduce Gas costs, making the protocol cheaper than using Uniswap or 0x directly, according to the official team. In the team's tests, the 1inch V3 version of Gas was 10 percent cheaper than the Uniswap and 5 percent cheaper than the 0x. Gas costs are reduced by nearly 30% compared to the original V2 protocol.

The new V3 version of the 1Inch protocol has been deployed, and previous iterations are still available.
As previously reported by Rhythm, Uniswap's founder also tweeted today (March 17) that a new and improved version of the agreement is coming soon.
