According to reports, the team decided to launch the KILT mainnet first, and then launch an upgraded version of Polimec that includes KILT's functions.

·KILT Win the auction and get a slot for the Kusama parachain
KILT launches mainnet, performs PoS migration and launch governance functions
Launches Polimec Upgraded version
With the launch of the Kusama parachain, KILT will gradually become a fully decentralized protocol. According to the team's plan, KILT may bid for a Polkadot parachain slot and move the KILT parachain to the Polkadot network. The upgrade of this possibility will be made by the KILT community through the governance model.
In addition, as the project moves from testnet to mainnet, KILT plans to launch KILT collator in February Program (Initial KILT Collator Programme).
