The winning rate is 17%.

BlockBeats -- On July 13, according to an official announcement from the Trading aggregation agreement Orion Protocol, the first round of its public offering has concluded, with about 1 billion ERD tokens (worth about $1.16 million) collected from 355 participants, 60 of whom were successful winners. Successful users are required to log on to the website before 6 p.m. Edt on July 13 for level 3 KYC certification.

Under the rules, the first public offering of the Orion Protocol USES a blockchain-based lottery model in which $30,000 in ORN tokens are distributed to Elrond holders in the form of a lottery (similar to IE0). The ipo is similar to the first round of financing on a trading platform, and users need to draw lots to qualify.

Users need to hold ERD to get votes. The official distribution of votes is based on the "holding coefficient" of users. The largest amount of ERD is held, and the longer the holding period is, the larger the "holding coefficient" will be.
