Recently, OKER Cloud chain B-Labs launched the "Stars Project" strategic alliance. Since the official announcement, more than 50 industry quality media and organizations have applied to join the alliance, including some overseas partners. On June 5th, B-Labs of OsC Cloud Chain and Canow, an emerging incubator in Japan, announced the formal strategic cooperation, hoping that by giving full play to the advantages of both sides and breaking through the barriers of resource connection at home and abroad, they can help domestic projects go abroad better and introduce overseas projects in a responsible way.
The move has also received widespread attention in the industry media, the OkO cloud chain B-LABs  CEO Lola Wang (NBSP; Lola and Canow representatives Katsuragi Kunihiro (Katsuragi) were also interviewed by Cointelegraph Japan (CTJ) recently.
The following is the main content of the interview:
Join hands with China's leading blockchain incubator & NBSP; I want to change the world with blockchain
CTJ: Please first introduce our respective business contents.
Katsuragi: Canow is an emerging Incubator in Japan. The founding team has extensive experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital marketing, making Canow a great advantage for companies looking to expand their global business and enter the Japanese market.
Lola: B-Labs is a blockchain entity incubator jointly initiated by OuKE Cloud Chain, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute (Hangzhou Branch) and Jiannan Blockchain and established at the end of 2018. Ouke Cloud Chain is one of the earliest blockchain companies in China and the global blockchain industry leader. Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute is a research institute jointly established by Zhejiang Provincial government and Tsinghua University. Jiannan Blockchain is a global provider of supercomputing solutions. Its parent company Jiannan Technology went public on Nasdaq at the end of last year and became the first listed company in the blockchain-related industry in the world. It is worth mentioning that when B-Labs was founded, China Central Television also made relevant news reports.
Currently, B-Labs offers two main services: office space and incubation services for blockchain start-ups. In terms of office, we have a total area of about 1800 square meters of open office space in the center of Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province, which can provide enterprises with a full range of office services. And the space was created by the French designer himself, which attracted a lot of people to clock in, and also undertook some important activities in the blockchain industry for many times. In terms of incubation business, we can provide a series of incubation services from marketing branding, financing, technical support, legal and compliance to start-ups.
CTJ: What made you decide to cooperate?
Katsuragi: When I visited China, I had the opportunity to talk to people at B-Labs. For half a year, we've been talking about what we want to do every day in the blockchain industry, which is an unusual time. Knowing what we wanted to do and what we could achieve, we reached an agreement.
Lola: & have spent Since the establishment of B-Labs, its early business was more about configuration to create open space offices, and the project resources were mainly concentrated in China. Times are changing, and we need to make progress and change. In the future, B-Labs will not only operate its current open space in Hangzhou well, but also launch online and offline interaction. I am also paying attention to the incubation business in overseas markets and want to create overseas star projects. Canow, based in Japan, is an incubator with a technology team and media influence. In fact, we can see many policies and frequent administrative behaviors of Japan's Financial Agency, which also shows that the Japanese government hopes that the blockchain and digital asset industry can develop in a healthier and positive direction in Japan. Therefore, Japan needs normalized overseas institutions to guide the development direction of the blockchain market. It is worth mentioning that in March this year, OKCOIN, a subsidiary of OKCOIN, was officially granted a trading license in Japan. As one of the global layout of OKCOIN, I am more optimistic about the Japanese market.

CTJ: What do you expect of each other?
Lola: B-Labs hopes that China's good blockchain technology can go abroad and be widely known and recognized in the world. We hope that the impression that China's cutting-edge technological innovation has not been well recognized overseas will be improved. B-labs also hopes to introduce the latest overseas technology, so that blockchain technology can collide and communicate without space constraints, and the development of technology will ultimately benefit all mankind. Mr. Katsuragi has extensive overseas project experience in the Blockchain industry in Japan. It can be said that B-Labs is the best partner to open the Japanese market.
Katsuragi: For Canow, b-Labs' background has a big appeal. They have good relationships with key people in the industry, so I look forward to communicating with them on business development and industry information. I think Japanese companies, not just blockchain and cryptocurrency, are not good at the speed and accuracy of information. So through this collaboration, we have more opportunities to talk directly with these people and be able to interact with more realistic information. We want to explore overseas markets and better understand the Chinese market, so we hope to share information and interact with China through cooperation with B-Labs.
I believe the market crash caused by the Lehman shock of 2008 was the reason for the creation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Today, the market is nervous about the outbreak of the new Coronaveand everyone thinks it will have a greater impact on the economy than then. However, now we and B-Labs are actively looking for overseas partners, and we are confident that we can create new value for the market, and we hope to change the society together. When B-Labs was looking for partners in Japan, it was great for Canow that we were able to work with them.
The characteristics, future and trend of Blockchain in China
CTJ: First of all, Lola, what is the future of blockchain in China?
Lola: In China, the government has launched the block chain support policy, which advocates the development of blockchain towards the direction of "coinless" blockchain and "blockchain industry +", enabling the real economy as the goal, and encouraging the grafting with the real economy and the implementation scenario. Therefore, B-Labs will pay more attention to the development of blockchain technology and the application industry in the future, actively respond to government policies, and get through the "last mile" of industry-university-research and application.
CTJ: What do you think of Blockchain entrepreneurs and start-ups in China?
Katsuragi: I have good relationships with some of the biggest blockchain startups in China, but I think each of them are very successful in their industry, but they are still working much harder than I expected. In talking with them, I find that they prefer to do business with people who can find value and achieve a win-win situation. In addition, their business is developing very fast and their goals and vision are very accurate and clear. When we worked with them, we sometimes had disagreements, but after each negotiation and agreement, I often felt a sense of family closeness. I even think I've improved my negotiating skills by talking to them. In addition, some of their growing companies take a long-term view, always thinking about how society will change in the future while pursuing profits. And there are a lot of young people like me, which makes me very inspired.
Pay attention to the blockchain industry "education" & NBSP; Devote yourself to finding a like-minded partner & NBSP; & have spent
CTJ: Is Japan lagging behind in the incubation of blockchain industry?
Katsuragi: Although there may be some lag in regulations, it's certainly true that a lot of people think Japanese regulations will become the standard. The FSA is now trying to keep the bad actors out, and I hope the rules will be relaxed after that.
CTJ: What do you think of future partnerships?
Katsuragi: There are about 10 companies in communication right now. Incubators and service organizations, and companies that want to incubate, are people who are aligned with our goals.
CTJ: Can you tell us about the future of Canow?
Katsuragi: I want to focus on 'education' in the blockchain industry. Today, even in Japan, the days when large sums of money could be obtained through Lsiting are over. I want to strengthen the educational content and logically explain how tokens can be used commercially in accordance with existing laws and regulations to ensure the social and communication recognition of blockchain and tokens.
I think it's significant that we can partner with B-Labs to advance this kind of work. They are attracting a large number of people involved in blockchain, and their networks are made up of leading companies and organizations as founding institutions. They see potential in Blockchain in Japan and believe, as we do, that technological development will benefit people around the world. I want to face new challenges with them. Like our partnership with B-Labs, we want to work with partners around the world to make an impact with new technologies and new ideas.
