According to BlockBeats, the number of addresses for Kyber Network Crystal (KNC) reached an all-time high of 61,980 on April 27, according to blockchain intelligence firm IntoTheBlock. That's a 14% increase from the 54,210 addresses posted on Jan. 1.
"With more addresses, we are seeing more users and communities trust and embrace Kyber's growth potential," said John Ng Pangilinan, managing partner of Signum Capital, which invests in Kyber Network. Kyber has also seen a steady increase in active addresses, prices and transactions this year. According to IntoTheBlock, the number of active addresses using KNC has increased by 100% per day over the past 12 months.

The surge in investor interest can be attributed to an upcoming agreement to upgrade Katalyst, which will allow KNC holders to earn income from mortgage tokens, which is expected at the end of the second quarter.
