Xiongan has applied it to financial fund management, digital finance, government services, housing leasing, credit management and other social and economic fields, and has accumulated rich cases and experience.

In August 2018, xiongan launched China's first engineering fund management platform based on blockchain technology. After the platform is built, all capital settlement and management related to the project construction in xiongan new area must be completed through the blockchain platform. "This is an open book, multi-party accounting, all information is more objective on the chain, not just to write data, and there is a mechanism to ensure the authenticity of the chain data. This is the first project integrated management platform based on block chain in China. Currently, the xiongan blockchain management platform includes the millennium xiulin project, the urban diversion canal project, and the treatment project of the tanghe sewage reservoir. The application scenario of fund allocation is also increasingly rich. Another blockchain application scenario that xiongan is exploring is in the financial sector. With the characteristics of non-tampering and whole-process traceability of the block chain technology information, the platform solves the corruption and rent-seeking problems that are prone to appear in the work of expropriation and demolition, and ensures the transparency and justice of the funds allocated for expropriation and demolition.
