Messari researcher: at least 3 nodes have left the Loom network, and coinsecurity has controlled more than 50% of the total amount of pledged tokens

Wilson Withiam, a researcher at cryptographic research firm Messari, announced today that at least three verification nodes have left the Loom network. There are still 14 verification nodes in Loom, but coin and security now control more than 50% of all pledged tokens. Wilson Withiam reckons that although the Loom verification node's voting power is capped at 28%, the DPoS system is not immune to the more powerful verification nodes joining together to disrupt the chain of governance votes.

对于 Loom 来说，节点离开只目前面临的问题的一部分，去年 10 月已有传闻 CEO 将要离开， 今年 2 月的时候 Loom 的 CEO 确认离职， 并且还带走了此前推出了几款基于 Loom 的应用程序。

虽然目前看起来 Loom「危机重重 」 但是改项目还计划今天发布其基础链升级的下一阶段。不过面对众多内部成员和节点的离开，Loom 始终保持沉默的做法令大多投资者担忧。
