Developers plan to bypass Telegram to start TON blockchain, and half of investors want a refund

According to BlockBeats, CoinDesk reports that Telegram's open network, the TON community foundation, is discussing the possibility of releasing a blockchain token GRAM without Telegram, although a us court has banned the company from doing so.

Strictly speaking, says Fedor Skuratov, the group's founder and a former communications manager at TON Labs, it takes a consensus within the community to start TON. However, in order to be accepted by investors, we will reach an agreement with most investors.

According to one investor who asked not to be named, about half of the investors now want Telegram to get a refund, while the other half want Telegram to offer to continue issuing tokens.
