The "war" between sun yuchen and the Steem community escalated again

Block beat, Steemit is planning a hard fork this Friday, Steemit for blog block chain Steem will also be transferred to hive.io, the original all tokens of the foundation will not be transferred to the new chain.

Dan Notestein & NBSP; founder of Blocktrades; "Personally, I think sun yuchen thinks this is a vote battle." Blocktrades is the leading authentication node on Steem's blockchain, and Notestein is one of the developers coordinating hard fork software. On February 14, the Tron foundation acquired Steemit, Steem's leading social media company, dapp. The acquisition sparked a protracted battle between wave field founder sun yuchen and the Steem community (more on block pulse previously reported). A key thing about this hard fork is that tokens from the original development fund (now held by the wave field foundation) from the Steemit control will not be transferred to the new chain.

"My personal view is that sun thinks this is a vote war," Notestein said. "he doesn't understand that the underlying value of these tokens is the community. In the end, if not enough people support them, they become worthless." The new blockchain name is tentatively known as "Hive". Notestein runs a top witness on Steem (like a bitcoin miner). He also runs a service similar to ShapeShift.

On the steem token provision side, the developer will take a snapshot of all wallets on a block and then allocate the same token amount to all wallets on the new chain. Except for the Steemit wallet controlled by sun's Tron Foundation, all those with tokens on Steem will have tokens on the new lock. "Our current plan is to keep it simple. We're doing it fast," Notestein said. Notestein expects the value of steem tokens to plumb after a hard fork. He said users are holding them because they want new blockchain tokens, and he expects steem to be sold when users get the new ones.
