MultiVAC has been bought for cheating plug-ins, and KuCoin will air drop USDT and MTV as compensation

MultiVAC (MTV), KuCoin Spotlight's first project, sold out in about seven seconds on the night of April 3. A total of 1,611 applicants were successful, accounting for about 10.3 percent of the total number of participants.

On the afternoon of April 3, however, an article (below) titled "KuCoin purchase gadget (free)" began to appear online, detailing how to install the purchase plugin.

The plug-in allows users to complete the relevant steps of the snap up ahead of time (for example, entering the purchase amount and transaction password) to gain an advantage in the snap up time.

At the time of Posting, the article had been read 3,602 times.

In response, KuCoin posted a notice on its website on the evening of April 4, saying there was evidence that some users had used a programming script to cheat during last night's Spotlight buying of tokens. To thank users who tried to participate in the MTV token buying but failed to gain a share, Kucoin released a new compensation plan:

As of 22 PM, April 3, Beijing time:

If the number of KCS in hand is ≥1902, you can receive 100 USDT and 1700 MTV airdrop rewards.

If the number of KCS in hand is ≥1950, 50 USDT and 850 MTV airdrops will be awarded.

With the number of KCS ≥95.1, you can receive 30 USDT and 500 MTV airdrop rewards.

This scheme is only valid for users who participate in the snap up (e.g. click the buy button) but fail to get it.

KuCoin also said in the announcement that it will open a special round of Spotlight MultiVAC subscription at 19:00 (Beijing time) on April 9, 2019, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each user has a token quota of $120. Purchase is not entered into the order system until Google ReCAPTCHA has been verified, and all MTV is immediately distributed to the successful user account.
