The Celo Foundation is spending $20 million to incentivize eco-fiat solutions

On April 4, Celo Foundation announced the launch of Connect the World, and announced that it will provide us $20 million to stimulate the global development of high-quality Celo eco-legal coin access solutions. We hope to promote 100 countries/regions to support Celo's ecological legal currency access within a year. Celo says it aims to make it easy for anyone to access Celo assets and convert them into fiat currency directly from the wallet of their choice using common payment methods, such as credit and debit cards, bank transfers and mobile money apps. At the same time, the foundation has launched FiatConnect, an open source API specification for payment providers that will make integration more scalable and easier.
