Safe Foundation is seeking to raise $100m at a valuation of $1.25bn

Gnosis Safe Foundation is seeking to raise $100 million at a valuation of $1.25 billion and has received commitments of $65 million, 1KX, Dragonfly Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Blockchain Capital and Zee Prime contributed. The funding round will be used to expand the team and provide the Safe Foundation with operating capital and financial support in fiat currency for three years.
