Iran signals positive stance on talks with US, lifting blockade and unfreezing funds key demands

BlockBeats news, November 2, according to IRNA, Iranian President Pezeshkian stated that the Supreme Leader has granted the government some authority in negotiations.

It should be noted that Iran's strategic decisions remain in the hands of the Supreme Leader; therefore, any progress in negotiations requires the unanimous approval of both the Supreme Leader and the negotiating team.

Iran had previously proposed a two-day framework plan to conditionally reopen the Strait of Hormuz, provided that Iran's demands are met, including lifting the blockade, releasing frozen funds, and easing sanctions. (Jinshi)
