BlockBeats news, November 1: Binance has released a security incident recovery update, announcing that it will resume first-phase withdrawal services from 14:00 to 17:00 Beijing time on November 1 (06:00 to 09:00 UTC), initially supporting networks and assets including BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP, and SUI. Deposit services remain open and were unaffected by this incident.
Binance stated that the withdrawal recovery will be carried out in phases, with specific assets and networks prioritized based on user demand data from the past week and gradually opened after security and stability checks are completed. Other networks and assets will be restored successively once ready. Due to high traffic initially, some users may encounter withdrawal delays or failures and can retry later.
