Russia plans to introduce cryptocurrency investor testing standards, with brokers potentially taking the lead in launching them by the end of November.

BlockBeats news, October 29 - According to Russian RBC, Ekaterina Andreeva, First Vice President of the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR), stated at Crypto Summit 2026 that testing standards for investors purchasing cryptocurrencies on regulated platforms in Russia have been finalized, with the draft submitted to the Bank of Russia's Base Standards Committee last week.

It is reported that brokers will be the first to qualify for testing clients, expected to begin as early as the end of November. Test results will be valid across all regulated platforms, and the question banks and procedures for various licensed institutions are expected to remain unified.
