According to his introduction, Allium has engaged an independent cybersecurity firm to assist with response and investigation, and will strengthen security controls such as identity authentication and monitoring; after the investigation is completed, it plans to publicly disclose a summary of findings and response measures. Currently, core platforms such as Allium App, Explorer, and Explorer API have been restored online, some features remain temporarily unavailable, and recovery progress can be seen on the status page. Chan apologized to customers for the disruption and stated that the company will continue to maintain customer trust through clear communication and follow-through.
