BlockBeats news, October 28: Cancore, a trading platform based on the Canton Network, has completed a $7.2 million seed round of financing. The platform aims to connect assets on the Canton Network with liquidity on public blockchains.
This round of financing was participated in by Paper Ventures, dao5, ArkStream Capital, X Ventures, MH Ventures, and Proof of Talk. Wasif Rashid, co-founder and CEO of Cancore, stated that this round of financing did not have a formal lead investor, but Paper Ventures and dao5 received the largest shares.
Rashid said that this round of financing was completed through a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT), corresponding to a fully diluted valuation of $60 million for the CNRX token that Cancore plans to issue.
