Binance's security team successfully prevented multiple North Korea-related hacker attacks, with no system damage or asset losses incurred.

BlockBeats news, October 27: Binance stated that over the past week, the Binance security team successfully identified and prevented multiple North Korea-related cyber attack threats, with no damage to company systems or asset losses.

Binance noted that recently, North Korea-related attack groups have continued to carry out a social engineering attack campaign called "Contagious Interview." Binance reminded that such attacks may be carried out using everyday scenarios such as job interviews, code tests, and software installations. Users should avoid installing unauthorized software or running code of unknown origin, and should use secure AI tools and data storage platforms.

Binance always prioritizes security, continuously carrying out security monitoring, threat identification, risk prevention, and internal security management, and constantly strengthening the security protection capabilities of the platform and company systems. Binance stated that this incident once again highlights the importance of continuously carrying out security protection and raising employees' security awareness.
